Important Notes:

Hardware: To use ZuhauseTV, you need a broadband connection from EWE/osnatel/swb with a minimum download speed of 20Mbps and the purchase of a ZuhauseTV UHD receiver per household. Up to 5 UHD receivers can be purchased per household, and ZuhauseTV can also be used on additional devices. Depending on the device, there may be limitations on additional features such as replay, restart, timeshift, and access to media libraries.

For seamless access to all channels and features, it is recommended to use the Zuhause TV UHD receiver. ZuhauseTV can only be used in your home's Wi-Fi network.
